Job Description

We have numerous positions available full time and part time afternoons, evenings and weekends for an Intensive Prevention Services (IPS) Counselor. The IPS Counselor will identify and connect youth and their families to the needed services and monitor the family and youth's engagement in the IPS program.  Develop service plans in collaboration with the Case Manager, youth and parents.  The counselor will provide direct case work to the youth and family.

Job Requirements

A Master's degree in Human Services
A vehicle is required
Ability to work in a team of professionals
Ability to lead or co-facilitate focus group sessions
