Job Description

Responsible for the supervision of residents' self medication and the assessment/monitoring of their other health needs. This includes but not limited to:

  1. Transcribe physician's orders and dispense medication.
  2. Assist with admissions and discharges including documentation of clients physical health needs, along with their chemical abuse history.
  3. Participate in the treatment planning process of all clients.
  4. Act as a liaisons between physician and program staff.
  5. Review and document lab results and schedule appointments for clients as needed.
  6. Documentation of progress notes, physical assessment, treatment plans, etc

Work the schedule you want. 

This position can be as little as 8 hrs a week and up to 40 plus hours a week.

Job Requirements

Valid Pennsylvania  license as an LPN with 2 yrs working with mentally ill adults. 

Candidate will need all clearances, physical and HEP A B & C screening completed prior to starting.
